Our 12 Step Process Guarantee!

  1. Uniformed Professional technicians arrive early to each job having scheduled in advance.
  2. Fryers are always covered with an extra sheet of plastic to avoid ANY type of contamination.
  3. The exhaust hood is wrapped in plastic to avoid creating a mess in the kitchen.
  4. Technicians will pre-inspect the hood and fire system for any glaring deficiencies.
  5. All fan blade surfaces, bowls and metal surfaces will be degreased and steam cleaned to NFPA 96 standards.
  6. All accessible ductwork, hoods, plenums and filters will be cleaned to NFPA 96 standards and any deficiencies will be noted.
  7. The entire hood will then be hand polished and coated for protection to minimize future buildup.
  8. Filters and Grease Catches will be cleaned and re-installed.
  9. The kitchen will be cleaned to ensure it looks better than when we arrived. Guaranteed!
  10. The entire system will be turned back on and tested for proper exhaust function.
  11. We then apply the “Certificate of Performance” which serves as proof of cleaning to NFPA#96 Codes.
  12. Before and after photos will be available upon customer request.
